I love working for Amphion. I feel like this is the job I have been looking for for the last 10 years! – flexibility, great communication and support, ongoing learning, and constant feedback (QA reviews). I really like my account. My jobs in the past I just thought were not a good fit for me – now I know, they were poorly managed and were not good to their employees. I actually worked a job with 2-hour turn-around (1 hour for stat) but only 5 employees on the account. That meant I could NEVER start work late without 2 weeks notice, no lunch break, no emergency doctor’s visits, nothing. (I have 3 kids, so there is always an emergency.) Thanks so much for being so awesome. It has been my pleasure to work with everyone at Amphion, and I couldn’t be happier. |

“Soon the kids will be out for the summer which is also another challenge but with each year they get older and a little better at self-entertainment. A little more running with taking them to summer school and swim lessons, etc., but am so thankful that I work for such a great company that allows me to be flexible so my kids can benefit from such activities! . . . How wonderful it is to work for Amphion Medical. I appreciate the flexibility Amphion has given me to perform my job. The employees and clients are wonderful to work for. I have found my job to be challenging and rewarding. Minnette Terlep has been a wonderful boss to report to and continues to provide opportunities to enhance my skills and continue to expand my knowledge of the healthcare field. I have also been able to take on many different job duties which I enjoy. Amphion does a wonderful job of providing continuing education opportunities and providing the tools and educational materials needed to completely perform my job duties at home. For that I am truly grateful! I feel rewarded and am amazed at the knowledge and skills I have been able to gain in the past year.
…from being considered an employee rather than IC all the way to the continuing benefits available, Amphion really makes it an exciting place to work. Just since last fall, I have received 7 official perks/raises, and I look forward to the possible 401(k) match at the end of the year and the additional PTO I will earn in the coming year.
