PeterĀ has an extensive history in the information technology field, both from the practical day-to-day hands on approach and also from the managerial side of running a hospital IT department. Having completed his BS in Accounting and then his Masters degree in Management Information Systems, Peter brought forward not only his years of actual experience in the healthcare IT field, but also his education to the CIO position at Amphion.

Minnette Terlep, BS, RHIT

MinnetteĀ is a nationally recognized expert in the field of coding, and casemix analysis. Prior to joining Amphion, Minnette served as Vice President Health Information Management for Hospital Corporation of America. Minnette has also served as the Director of the Central Office on ICD-9-CM at the American Hospital Association and was one of twelve charter members invited to serve on the Editorial Advisory Board for Coding Clinic when it was introduced by the American Hospital Association in 1984. She served as a member of the Board for seven years. During that time she also served as a faculty member for all AHA coding teleconferences.

For over 20 years, Jane's "golden rule" style of management and down-home enthusiasm has spanned the HIM field with her multi-functional responsibilities including health information management in both the acute care and home health settings, human resource management, training, customer service, quality improvement, employee communications, and recruitment/retention.
