Pam is co-founder of Amphion Medical Solutions. Under Pam’s leadership, Amphion has become a full service and technology-based coding and transcription company. She uses her foresight and direction to provide outstanding customer service to Amphion’s clients and to attract and retain qualified staff.
Pam served as the HIM Director at the prestigious University of Wisconsin Hospital. After serving in this role, she advanced her career to launch the very successful Madison-based business, OmniMed Transcription. OmniMed expanded to over 500 employees under Pam’s direction, providing services to clients throughout the United States.
Pam has served the HIM community as a past-president of the Wisconsin Health Information Management Association (WHIMA) and a recipient of the WHIMA Distinguished Member Award. She remains an active member of AHIMA and WHIMA.

VP of Coding, Quality, and Education
Lois is a leading coding expert in the state of Wisconsin. She uses her skills as a health information educator and consultant to mentor staff on to achieve successful career growth within the coding and health documentation field. Lois is well-known, highly-respected and always willing to go the extra mile to promote quality coding education for her HIM peers as well as consistent high-quality coding and coding review services to the healthcare community. She is currently serving on the Madison College Advisory Committee for the Medical Coding Specialist Program and is also serving on the Moraine Park Technical College Advisory Committee for the Health Information Technology Program. Lois has a proven track record for providing up-to-date, cutting-edge, group and individual coding education, training and consultation. Lois is active in AHIMA’s and WHIMA’s membership.
