Real-Time Speech Understanding
With self-editing Triton™ lets radiologists review, edit and sign reports themselves-all in one fluid process.

As the radiologist dictates, the Triton™ system creates a highly accurate draft report that is instantly presented on screen via the Internet-based Triton™ system. In a few short steps, the radiologist can make any necessary edits, electronically sign and send the document for immediate access via your RIS or other information system.

Back-end Speech Understanding with Transcriptionist Editing
At any time a radiologist can delegate a dictated voice file for transcription editing. Their draft report is automatically forwarded to a medical language specialist for editing and formatting. The report is returned to the radiologist for review and signature, or additional dictation.

Complete Flexibility

Radiologists, comfortable with editing their own reports, will find Triton™ significantly cuts turnaround time and eliminates costly transcription. For radiologists who would rather have someone else edit their draft reports, Triton™ can enhance transcription productivity and cut waiting time through reduced keyboarding.

Remote Access

For Radiologists – Triton™ thin-client Internet-based physician console provides remote connectivity from multiple locations or from home-for dictation, review and sign-off. Radiologists open a browser and access their unique user profiles and speech files in a secure environment.

For Transcriptionists – Triton™ also offers fully integrated remote transcription capabilities, for easy set-up and access directly on the system’s network or a remotely via secure Internet connection. With Triton™, you gain complete control in rapidly and securely moving dictation from your facility to remote workers, including Amphion’s dedicated transcription team. At Amphion, we achieve extremely high levels of accuracy throughout the transcription process, electronically returning to you high quality reports in a timely manner.

Not Just Dictation

Reports delivered through Triton™ can also be automatically pre-populated with data from your HER, RIS, or other information system, saving the radiologist substantial time. Radiologists can now easily and efficiently utilize Triton™ to access and validate clinical data, respond to quality or critical finding alerts, and use specialized document templates integrated into your EHR.

Templates/Normals

Triton™ makes it easy to create standardized report templates and normals to further streamline report creation. Organizations can create unlimited report templates to match individual radiologist or clinical reporting needs. Report Distribution

Triton™ streamlines the distribution of completed reports, offering a vast array of internal and external routing capabilities, electronically delivering documents to any network printer, fax, integration, folder-share, physician in-box or any combination, including separate CC recipient routing.

Routing can be based on any internal work type, provider, patient criteria, or field data value conditions, and include various defined combinations. The level of automation return can be customized as much or as little as desired while maintaining a complete audit trail. Automated event notifications can be set to alarm administrators when any given route fails delivery.
